These are the terms and conditions for Grace Tea House/Exclusive Tea Europe AB.
We offer payments by Credit cards or invoicing for known customers. Purchasers must also have a working e-mail address.
Your order is subject to the following terms and conditions. These may change from time to time.
Privacy, Security & Personal Information
In connection with your order, you agree that Exclusive Tea Europa AB stores and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our commitments to you. We also document all communications we have with you via email, to provide the service you expect from us. Exclusive Tea AB will not disclose your personal information to third parties. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right, once upon a year, to receive the information we have registered about you. We reserve the right to use your email for state marketing and newsletters
Prices stated in SEK on the website are inclusive of packing, and VAT.
Prices are updated when needed.
2. Post and packaging charges and delivery
To orders below 800SEK an administration and shipping fee of 28SEK is added for orders within Sweden.
For other parts of Europe, the actual cost for postage is added.
We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days (if the item is in stock). We use Swedish Post or DHL depending on the size and weight of your order. (2-4 days delivery time)
Please supply your full postal address for delivery, as Business Post is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Our prices include VAT, 12% for tea & food, and 25% for other items.
For deliveries outside the EU, the VAT will be discounted from the final purchase price. The purchaser is responsible for domestic customs fees (if applicable) and VAT.
4. Your order
We will do our best to fulfill your order. Our delivery dates are only estimates. An email receipt will be sent to you from Exclusive Tea Europe AB confirming your order. You will also receive a confirmation email to confirm your payment. You must keep the email receipt as proof of purchase or to return any items. Your purchase will also be confirmed online and users are recommended printing a copy for their records.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your online transaction is secure.
Grace Tea House offers different ways of payment to your choice – credit card, advance payment to our bankgiro (swedish only), or invoice to our known customers.
Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Payment of your debit card takes place immediately
Once you have placed an order, it cannot be canceled while being processed. We follow the Swedish law and instructions in the area of e-shop. Note that food (tea) is not subject to the normal 14 days cancellation period.

Return of damaged, faulty or wrong-delivered products can only be accepted if the item is in an unused condition. Contact us before returning any goods.
Return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 10 days from the date of purchase, along with copies of both your email confirmations and an accompanying letter with contact details – phone number and home address, and email.
The package should be securely wrapped and sent to: Exclusive Tea Europe AB, Blackensvägen 63, SE 125 32 Älvsjö, Sweden. We also ask that you email a copy of the letter to our email email@example.com with your transaction number so that we can keep track of your returned item. Please put REFUND in the email subject line.
7. Retail sales – would you like to resell our exclusive tea?
